The short version

We only collect what we need to run your free Rain Revenue Report and follow up with you. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your business's sales or revenue figures with anyone without your permission. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with Anchor Hedger, we may collect:

• Contact details you submit through the form on this website or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to include.
• Business data you choose to send us for a Rain Revenue Report — daily revenue, bookings, or point-of-sale exports, and a business address so we can match your data against local rainfall history. We only ever receive this after signing a mutual NDA with you.
• Basic technical information that's automatically part of visiting any website, such as browser type and general location inferred from IP address. This site also uses the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure ad performance and see general visit activity (like page views); it may set cookies and is subject to Meta's own data practices.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free Rain Revenue Report
• Run the analysis itself — matching your sales data against historical rainfall for your location
• Follow up with you about the results, and about hedging options if your numbers show meaningful rain exposure

We don't use your information for anything beyond delivering this service, and we don't use your business's revenue or sales data for any purpose other than preparing your report.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share your business's revenue or sales data with third parties without your consent. The exceptions are:

• Service providers we rely on to run this site — currently formsubmit.co (delivers our contact form submissions to us) and Meta (via the Meta Pixel on this site, and if you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram) — any data Meta receives is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
• A licensed hedge provider — only if you decide to move forward with a rain hedge, and only with your explicit go-ahead, we'll share the details necessary to place it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing peter@anchorhedger.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information — for example, if we add analytics or advertising tracking to this site — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
